Growth Marketing, Manager
birddogs is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to oversee and grow a cluster of our marketing channels such as Social, Linear/Streaming TV, Podcasts, Influencers and Direct Mail. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll develop, implement and analyze strategies to drive expansion of the brand.
What you'll do:

Manage new customer acquisition and retention across social, TV, paid search, affiliate, influencer and website

Be the go-to for day-to-day acquisition operations and platform management

Own and benchmark all relevant DTC metrics including repeat purchase rates, CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV

Work directly with CEO and CMO to develop growth roadmap, allocate budget, monitor spend, and drive top-line revenue

Work closely with the creative team, providing feedback and direction to make effective creative
Who you are:

2-4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or operational equivalent in digital marketing

Exceptional skills in marketing leadership and strategic thinking, with the proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems

Experience running any digital advertising channels or similar
